St. Andrew Catholic Grade School  GENERAL INFORMATION CODE OF BEHAVIOR - DISCIPLINE OF STUDENTS St. Andrew School aims to lead children to self-discipline and ultimately to discipleship. We believe that children can be taught self-discipline skills as a part of the school curriculum. To this end, the school uses the "Discipline With Purpose" Program. This program is a positive approach to teaching students self-discipline based on the development level of children. UNIFORM/DRESS CODE The school uniform is a symbol of our school. Students are expected to look and be representative of their Catholic education. Therefore, St. Andrew students in grades K-8 are required to dress according to the school's uniform/dress code. (Specifics available upon request.) ATHLETICS Athletic programs at St. Andrew School strive to inspire the self-discipline, sacrifice, and cooperation important to team play. The School provides basketball for students in grades 4,5,6 7, and 8. The basketball teams represent the school in the Rock River Valley Conference comprised of area Catholic, Christian, and public schools.
